Microcement Walls in Scottsdale & Paradise Valley

Hand-troweled walls with the softness of plaster and a sealed, wipeable surface. No grout, no seams, no tile edges.

Walls that read as one plane

Two thin coats go on by hand over drywall, plaster, painted walls or existing tile. The trowel leaves a soft movement in the surface that shifts as the light moves across it, and a matte top coat seals it so it can be wiped down.

A single feature wall, a whole room, a kitchen backsplash, an arched hallway or the inside of a shower. In wet areas the top coat is the two-component one. Our own crew applies every coat, and on a wall that's what decides whether it reads as one plane or shows every lap mark.

  • Over drywall, plaster, painted walls and existing tile
  • Two coats of roughly a millimeter, troweled by hand
  • Arches, curves and niches without a joint
  • Matte, sealed top coat you can wipe clean
  • Two-component top coat in showers and wet areas
  • Eighteen standard tones, in fine texture for anything you touch

The same finish wraps stairs, islands and fireplaces too. See stairs, islands and fireplaces.

Walls run $14 to $22 per square foot installed. Full ranges are on the pricing page.

Questions we get

Before you call

Can it go over my existing walls?

Drywall, plaster, painted walls and tile all work once the surface is roughened and primed. Loose paint or drumming tile comes off first.

Can it go outside?

Yes. It's rated for interior and exterior use. We check the wall and specify the top coat at the Measure & Spec visit.

How do I clean it?

A soft cloth and a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. No abrasive pads. Care instructions come with handover.

What does it cost?

Walls run $14 to $22 per square foot installed. The minimum project is $3,500.
